Privacy notice
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This site collects what you write in the form and, if you agree to it, visit statistics; the hosting provider keeps technical logs for a few days. Below you will find who handles the data, why, for how long, and how to get it back or deleted.
1. Who handles your data
The data controller is:
Iannone Mangubat Dexter Caringal, trading as dexweb
Via della Palazzina 90/B, Alessandria (AL), Italy
VAT No. IT02808140061 - Tax code NNNDTR03L11Z216M
info@dexweb.site
No data protection officer has been appointed: none of the cases listed in Article 37 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 apply.
2. What I collect, why, and for how long
I do not collect special categories of data (health, opinions, beliefs) and I make no automated decisions about you.
| Data | Why | Legal basis | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact form: name, email address or phone number, type of request, message text, the language you are reading the site in | To reply to you and work out together whether there is a job | Art. 6.1.b - steps taken at your request before entering a contract | 24 months from the last exchange, unless a contract follows |
| Visit statistics: pages viewed, referring site, device type, country, truncated IP address | To understand where visits come from and which parts of the site are useful | Art. 6.1.a - your consent, which you can withdraw at any time | 14 months, after which Google deletes user-level data |
| Server logs: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser | To keep the site running and protect it from abuse | Art. 6.1.f - legitimate interest in security | Short retention, handled by the hosting provider |
3. The contact form
Filling it in is optional. To reply I need your name, an email address or a phone number, and either a chosen option or a couple of lines of message.
The form contains a hidden field you cannot see or fill in. Its only job is to catch automated spam programs. If it comes back filled in, the message is discarded and nothing is stored.
The message arrives at info@dexweb.site. I use the contact detail you leave (email or phone) only to reply to you: it never goes on a mailing list, you will get no newsletter, and it is passed to no one.
4. Who else sees the data
No data is sold or handed over for commercial purposes. It is seen only by the providers that keep the site running, each appointed as a processor under Article 28 of the Regulation:
| Provider | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts the site and records its server logs | United States |
| Resend (through Amazon Web Services) | Delivers the form message to my mailbox | Ireland, eu-west-1 region |
| Namecheap Inc. - Private Email | Hosts the mailbox that receives the messages | United States |
| Google Ireland Ltd - Google Analytics 4 | Produces the visit statistics, only if you consent | Ireland, with an affiliated company in the United States |
5. Transfers outside the European Union
Some of the providers listed above are based in the United States. The transfer relies on the European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) and, where needed, on the standard contractual clauses under Article 46 of the Regulation.
You can ask me for a copy of the safeguards in place by writing to the address in section 1.
6. Cookies and measurement tools
Until you choose, this site writes no cookie and does not load Google Analytics. If you decline, it is not loaded at all.
The individual cookies, how long they last and how to change your mind are set out in the cookie policy.
7. Your rights
At any time you can ask me to:
- tell you what data of yours I hold and give you a copy (Art. 15);
- correct it if it is wrong or incomplete (Art. 16);
- erase it (Art. 17);
- restrict its use while we check something (Art. 18);
- hand it over in a format another service can read (Art. 20);
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21).
Where processing rests on consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like: withdrawal takes effect from that moment and does not make what came before unlawful.
8. How to exercise them, and who to turn to if I fall short
Write to info@dexweb.site. I answer within one month of the request, as Article 12 of the Regulation requires; if the request is complex I will tell you within that month and explain why more time is needed.
If you believe the processing breaches the Regulation you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome - garanteprivacy.it - with the authority in your own country, or take the matter to court.
9. Children
The site addresses businesses and professionals and is not intended for anyone under sixteen. I do not knowingly collect their data; if you notice that it happened, write to me and I will delete it.
10. Changes
If I change tools or purposes I update this page and the date at the top. I keep earlier versions: ask me if you need the one from a given date.
